I would expect one cooking entry to each homebrewing entry..maybe somthing like 1.5:1. My apologies to my handfull of homebrewing buddies in the blogosphere...but I promise to carry my homebrewing street cred during this small change to the site.....and will be striving to do my share of recipes that include beer..
Working in these new subjects brings me much joy....

Tough to knock food. I will give my wife your blog URL too, she is a big food buff.
Cheers!
Beer, food, travel...its all good. I'll be looking forward to reading about all of it.
Cooking great food is something that I will be focusing more on this year. Not sure if it will end up on my brewing journal, but perhaps if I get consistent, I can start a new one. This will be our second year receiving shares from the Scotch Hill Farm CSA, and we will be better prepared to make great dishes with their veggies and goat cheese. I'm also interested in growing various hot peppers for preparing hot sauces and throwing some of them in a pale ale this year.
Just felt like sharing my interests here. Hope we can hook up soon. Keep it up. Take care. Later.
Howdy gents,
Thanks for the feedback! Travis..what no blondie anymore as the avatar??
Ted, I'll give you a shout, would really like to hear more about CSA..something I'm going to be focuing on is cooking with fewer, but better ingrediants....I think I just heard my container of Emerils "bayou blast" season sigh...
That also goes right along with brewing, I'll be doing some pretty simple but tasty brews for a bit..
Anyhow good to hear from you guys, hope all is well!
